Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up (email/password or Google, Apple, or Microsoft sign-in), we store your email address and an authentication identifier. We do not see or store your third-party password.
• Photos you upload. This includes full-body photos, garment photos, pasted social image links, and optional fitting reference photos. These are used to render try-ons and style suggestions.
• Wardrobe and look data. Item names, categories, seasons, retailer links, saved outfits, and generated try-on images.
• Fitting profile. Optional body shape, build, skin tone, and reference photos that improve how garments blend on you.
• Linked social handles. Display names and profile URLs you enter, plus any image you import from a direct social post link.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics, device type, and app interactions needed to run the service and improve it.

2. How we use your information

• Generate virtual try-on renders and personalized style advice.
• Store wardrobe pieces, looks, and fitting profiles under your account.
• Let you build outfits, browse stores, and save found garments.
• Allow you to share looks via public share links or social platforms.
• Authenticate you across devices so your wardrobe syncs everywhere.
• Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

We never sell your photos or personal data. We do not use your images to train public models. Image generation for try-ons is performed through our AI provider only to fulfill your request.

3. How your photos are stored

Uploaded photos and rendered looks are stored privately in your account. They are protected by row-level security so only you can read them while signed in. Photos are not public unless you create a share link for a look. A shared look page shows the image and outfit details but hides prices.

When you request a try-on or style suggestion, your photo is sent securely to our AI generation provider to produce the render, and the result is saved back to your account. The provider retains data only as needed to complete the request and does not use your image to train its models on your behalf.

4. Social accounts and imported posts

Vogue Mix does not automatically pull your Instagram, TikTok, or other social feeds. Linking a social handle is optional and only stores the display name and profile URL you enter. If you import a photo from a direct social post link, we download that image once, store it privately in your wardrobe, and use it only as you direct (for example, to build an outfit around it).

Outbound sharing to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, X, or WhatsApp uses the native sharing sheet on your device. We do not post on your behalf and we do not receive your social login credentials.

5. Sharing of your information

• With you. Your data is yours and accessible when you sign in.
• With people you choose. Only when you create a share link or use the native share sheet.
• With service providers. We use a backend database, an AI image provider, and hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only to deliver the service and under obligations of confidentiality.
• For legal reasons. If required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vogue Mix and its users.

We never sell or rent your personal data or photos.

6. Your rights and controls

• Delete content. You can remove wardrobe pieces, saved looks, fitting profiles, and reference photos at any time in the app.
• Unlink social handles. Remove a linked platform from the Social page.
• Revoke share links. Stop sharing a look by deleting it or marking it private.
• Delete your account. You can request full account and data deletion; this removes your photos, looks, wardrobe, and profile.
• Sign out. Your data stays tied to your account and is not accessible without signing back in.

7. Data retention

We keep your photos, looks, and wardrobe for as long as your account is active so they sync across devices. When you delete content or close your account, we remove the associated data from active storage within a reasonable period, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention.

8. Security

Your photos are protected by account authentication and row-level access controls, so other users cannot read them. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

9. Children's privacy

Vogue Mix is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect photos or data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. International use

Vogue Mix may be used from different regions. Your information may be processed in the country where it is collected and in other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
