Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it current.
• You may close your account at any time. Closing your account removes your photos, wardrobe, looks, and fitting profile from active storage.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

2. Content ownership and licenses

• You own your content. You retain ownership of the photos, garment images, wardrobe details, fitting profiles, and saved looks you upload or create.
• License to Vogue Mix. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate the app for you — generating try-ons, style advice, sharing you request, and syncing across your devices.
• AI-generated renders. Try-on images and style suggestions produced by Vogue Mix are generated for your personal use based on your inputs. You may view, share via the app's share links, and download them for personal, non-commercial use.
• Responsibility for your content. You confirm that the photos and images you upload are yours or that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• No training on your images. We do not use your photos to train public models. Your images are processed only to fulfill your try-on and style requests.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another's rights.
• Upload images of other people without their consent.
• Use the app to harass, impersonate, or deceive others.
• Attempt to access another user's data or bypass access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use Vogue Mix for any commercial resale of generated images.

We may remove content or disable features that violate these rules.

4. Third-party services

Vogue Mix links to external retailers and clothing stores, and may use sign-in through Google, Apple, or Microsoft. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or policies of third-party sites. Any purchase you make from a retailer is between you and that retailer.

5. Sharing features

You control sharing. When you create a share link or use the native share sheet, you are responsible for what you share and with whom. Revoke a share link at any time by deleting or making the look private. Once shared outside the app, we cannot control how others use the content.

6. The service is provided "as is"

Vogue Mix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that try-on renders will be perfectly accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI-generated images are approximations for personal styling reference only, not professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vogue Mix and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use Vogue Mix.

8. Changes to these policies

• We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy as the app evolves or to meet legal requirements.
• We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
• If you continue using Vogue Mix after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the app and close your account.
• We will not reduce your existing rights under these Terms without your explicit consent.

9. Termination

You may stop using Vogue Mix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk to others, or if we stop offering the service. Sections covering content ownership, limitations of liability, and these Terms' survival remain in effect after termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vogue Mix is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
